FG Planner (Reliever)

Job Summary

As a Reliever, you will support the poultry and processing operations in Visayas by ensuring optimal product availability and inventory levels. This role is responsible for production planning, inventory monitoring, shipment coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to meet service level targets and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides production planning support by developing weekly and monthly production plans based on demand requirements, inventory levels, and operational capacity to ensure product availability and supply continuity.
• Provides inventory management and supply chain coordination support by monitoring inventory levels, maintaining inventory reports, coordinating with Processing, Sales, and Logistics teams, and tracking shipments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Provides performance monitoring and reporting support by monitoring purchase order adherence and service level targets, facilitating the Western Visayas Pre-Business Process Teams Meeting, and preparing inventory, service level, and National reports for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Management Accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PPT and other MS applications.

• Solid analytical, reporting/communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in production planning or inventory management is an advantage
