VisionPro is actively hiring Fiber Optic / Cable Installation Technicians to join our growing telecommunications team.

With over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, VisionPro provides professional cable, internet, and fiber optic installation services.

We are expanding our field operations and looking for motivated, dependable individuals interested in building a long-term career in telecommunications.

No previous cable installation experience? No problem!

We provide hands-on training for qualified candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Experienced cable and fiber optic technicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential cable television, high-speed internet, and fiber optic services.
• Perform new installations, service upgrades, and equipment replacements.
• Install and configure modems, routers, cable boxes, and other telecommunications equipment.
• Run coaxial and fiber optic cables in residential and commercial environments.
• Safely operate ladders, hand tools, and installation equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and service-related issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Complete assigned daily work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company safety procedures and installation quality standards.
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with cable installation.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous cable or fiber optic installation experience.
• Experience with telecommunications companies or contractors.
• Construction, electrical, maintenance, or other field-service experience.
• Familiarity with coaxial cables, fiber optic equipment, and networking systems.
