Job Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair cable television, high-speed internet, and fiber optic services.
• Complete residential cable and fiber optic installations.
• Install and configure modems, routers, cable boxes, and networking equipment.
• Run and secure coaxial and fiber optic cables.
• Perform service upgrades, equipment replacements, and troubleshooting.
• Safely operate ladders, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Complete assigned daily work orders efficiently.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass required background screening.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned reporting location.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to safely climb and work on ladders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.

Preferred Experience:

• Cable television installation.
• Fiber optic installation.
• Telecommunications.
• Construction or electrical work.
• Field service or maintenance.
• Internet installation and troubleshooting.

No previous cable experience is required for eligible entry-level positions.
