Fibre Convergence Specialist

As the go-to expert for fibre and convergence solutions, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving solution adoption, managing end-to-end customer engagement, and delivering an exceptional experience across every stage of the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers across the end-to-end home (Fibre / FWA) registration and onboarding journey
• Own and drive store Home targets, including Fibre and FWA performance
• Strive to help store achieve high fibre conversion rate
• Serve as the in-store lead for Home and convergence-related product launches and initiatives
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CelcomDigi products and services
• Perform fibre installation, ONT/router setup, and service activation at customer premises
• Configure WiFi connectivity, conduct testing, and ensure service stability upon completion
• Support troubleshooting and rectification of installation or connectivity issues when required
• Ensure proper cable management, safety compliance, and quality installation standards
• Maintain accurate system updates, customer service standards, and accountability for assigned inventory and tools

• 0-3 years experience in Telecommunications, Fibre and Computing, Networking, Retail Banking / Insurance, Property & Development or FMCG
• Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
• Must possess own transport (car) and willing to travel based on business requirement
