FICC Sales

Responsibilities:

• Promote, distribute and cross sell the Company's products including fixed income, structured products, and/ or equities, etc. to institutional clients;
• Help build the institutional and corporate client franchise and expand client base;
• Keep abreast of market developments and products and integrate understanding of markets, events and research views into actionable ideas and recommendations for institutional clients.

Requirements:

• Degree and above in business-related disciplines;
• Open to all seniority, 3-5 years of experience required for the most junior sales role, more experienced candidates will be considered for Director/ ED levels;
• Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results;
• Client focus and with an excellent knowledge in equity market products;
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven and a good team player;
• Spoken Mandarin and written Chinese required.
