What they need
Position: FICS Administrator
Location: San Antonio, TX / Remote
Duration: 6 months
Must have recent FICS experience.
The manager mentioned credit unions frequently use FICS, so you can prioritize:
- Credit unions
- Community banks
- Regional banks
- Mortgage subservicers
- Independent mortgage banks
Additional preferred experience:
- Hands-on experience with FICS Mortgage Servicer / FICS Loan Origination modules (system setup, workflows, and reporting)
- Experience with data mapping and validation during system conversions/migrations
- Familiarity with investor reporting, escrow analysis, and loan servicing compliance requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues independently
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with both business/servicing teams and IT during conversion projects
- Experience working directly with end users to gather requirements and test configurations post-conversion
