Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Field Advertising Supervisor to manage and coordinate our field advertising team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field advertising staff.
• Assign daily work and locations to team members.
• Ensure candidates/employees report to assigned locations on time.
• Monitor daily field activities and work progress.
• Guide team members during advertising activities.
• Coordinate with the management and provide daily updates.
• Maintain attendance and daily activity reports.
• Ensure assigned advertising work is completed properly and on time.
• Handle basic team-related issues and coordinate with management when required.
• Support recruitment/onboarding of field staff when required.

Requirements

• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a small field team.
• Willingness to travel to different local locations.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps/WhatsApp and reporting.
• Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in field marketing, advertising, sales, team supervision or operations is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills may also apply.
