FIELD AGENT (PASIG)

Conduct site visits, field verification, and skip tracing activities. Engage borrowers during field activities, including on-site negotiation, to facilitate payment, voluntary compliance, or other approved resolution options. Coordinate with in-house teams to ensure that negotiated outcomes are properly documented, followed through, and carried to full account resolution. File documents with courts, registries, or other required offices as instructed. Deliver documents and letters in accordance with operational directives. Serve as the on-ground extension of Universal Management Technique Corp.’s in-house teams and ensure that field actions meaningfully contribute to proper and complete account resolution.
