About the Role

Melorbis Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic, confident, and outgoing Field & Content Creation Intern who enjoys interacting with people and creating engaging video content.

The intern will work primarily on-site and in the field, interacting with approximately 20–30 people per day to collect their opinions, feedback, reviews, and views for the company’s content.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking to strangers, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys shooting videos using a smartphone or camera.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit different locations and work on-site/in the field to collect content.
• Interact with approximately 20–30 people per day and confidently ask questions.
• Take reviews, opinions, feedback, and views from people on different topics relevant to the company.
• Conduct short and engaging on-camera interviews.
• Shoot high-quality video content for the company's social media and digital platforms.
• Identify interesting people, stories, opinions, and situations that can be converted into engaging content.
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio, and overall quality while shooting videos.
• Coordinate with the internal content/marketing team for daily content requirements.
• Maintain a regular flow of fresh and authentic field content.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in:

• Hindi
• Gujarati
• Confident and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Strong interpersonal and conversation skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working outdoors/on-site.
• Good ability to ask questions and make people comfortable on camera.
• Basic understanding of video shooting and framing.
• Must have a good-quality smartphone or camera suitable for video shooting.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to travel locally for field assignments.
• Freshers and students with good communication and confidence are welcome to apply.

Important Requirement

Candidates must have their own good-quality smartphone/camera capable of shooting good-quality videos.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
