My client is a rapidly growing semiconductor IP company developing cutting-edge silicon IP for next-generation AI and high-performance computing. They're looking for a Field Application Director to lead an established FAE team across Europe and APAC, driving technical strategy, customer success and major design wins.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product and R&D, supporting strategic customers through the full engagement lifecycle while shaping the future product roadmap.

What we're looking for:

• Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering
• Leadership experience managing Field Applications Engineers
• Strong semiconductor, SoC architecture or silicon IP background
• Knowledge of digital design flow, ASIC, RTL, architecture etc.
• Customer-facing experience across pre and post-sales
