Field Application Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 **Primary Objective:** Provide technical support for high-speed cable business at customer factories in Thailand. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with R&D/Quality teams, make regular customer visits, establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support customer technical evaluation for new opportunities, drive project design wins.
• Provide prompt on-site failure analysis support and handle other customer technical inquiries.
• Regularly collect and provide customer assembly-related information for internal reference.
• Provide weekly updates to internal team on product assembly status at customer site.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company and the Supervisor. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5 to 10 years of FAE (Field Application Engineer) experience in relevant products.
• Strong technical background in mechanical or test engineering, easy to get along with customers.
• Proactive and aggressive in driving business, able to work under pressure, willing to travel.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English & Chinese.

Remark: this position will be required to base at Thailand.
