What they need
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical interface between customers, commercial teams, and internal technical teams.
Support customer communication, product introduction, technical clarification, and application-related follow-up.
Help collect customer requirements and translate them into internal feedback for product and project teams.
Support customer evaluations, technical discussions, and general project coordination.
Prepare or support basic technical materials, customer-facing documents, and internal updates as needed.
Requirements
Significant and contemporary experience in / exposure to large-scale power lithium-ion battery manufacturing enterprises.
Bachelor's degree or above in materials, chemistry, engineering, science, or another relevant technical field.
Relevant experience in technical support, customer-facing engineering, application support, or related roles.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong coordination and follow-up ability.
