Field Application Engineer-应届生岗位

该职位来源于猎聘 The Field Application Engineer is part of the Sales & Marketing department. He drives all necessary technical support actions to secure business creation at customers on wide portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable to drive design wins in their target accounts
• Successfully builds relationship with customer R&D, test and other technical teams, to catch every design-in opportunity
• Drive customer visits for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployment
• Actively follow up customer project design process, and take prompt response to project change and customer request to secure the win
• Successfully builds relationships with sales and marketing team members, BGs, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives
• Synthesizes customer and competitive insights to improve product definition and roadmaps
• Project manages the Nexperia design in campaigns for assigned customers to ensure early involvement in the customer’s technology roadmap and continuous and timely flow of information to all necessary parties within the BGs and customer
• Qualifies sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements and establishes Nexperia's value proposition/position relative to the competition
• Qualifies the value of our products (strengths versus competitive products) and quantifies the technical benefits derived from choosing Nexperia
• Owns the block diagram process to ensure broader technical team understands the full system requirements
• Delivers ongoing formal and informal knowledge sharing and product positioning that helps assigned accounts understand the operational, financial, and business impact of Nexperia solutions within their practice areas
• Analyzes customer's technical objectives through relevant data gathering techniques enabling the sales team to be more predictive, effective and responsive to customer needs III. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: Hard Skill
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong interest and basic understanding of the semiconductor, electronics, or related high-tech industries.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced proficiency in Excel (functions, pivot tables), PowerPoint, BI and AI enabling tools, with the ability to process data efficiently and create professional presentations.
• Candidates should possess the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (CET-6 or equivalent preferred), capable of reading English technical documents.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools (e.g., SAP, CRM).
