A position is now available for a Field Application Engineer (FAE), to join our New Zealand team based in our Christchurch office. The primary function of this role is to introduce key franchised technologies to our focus customers engineering teams and ultimately manage from project concept to design win. The role involves both technical engagement and administrative tasks with an expectation that 50% of the work week is spent customer facing.

Of note is that the position will cover customers across New Zealand.

Qualifications/experience to include:

• Electronics Engineering Degree
• Minimum 1-5 years Electronics R&D engineer or in a FAE / Field Application Engineering role with customer facing experience
• Knowledgeable and competent in engaging customers engineering teams in Wireless Technologies, MCU/MPU, Analog, PMIC, Sensors, Electromechanical, Interconnect, Discrete, Passive, Displays and Memory.
• Must hold current New Zealand Driver’s license, be currently located in and a permanent resident of New Zealand.
