Field Application Engineer

职位描述：Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Technical Support & Troubleshooting / 现场技术支持与故障诊断 Responsible for on-site installation, base station/boundary deployment guidance, mapping setup, and troubleshooting for robotic lawn mowers and smart garden tools in Japan, South Korea, and Thailand. Promptly respond to and resolve technical post-sales and field usage issues for local distributors and dealers.

负责日韩泰区域内智能割草机器人及庭院工具的现场安装、基站/边界部署指导、地图建立引导与故障排查。快速响应并解决当地代理商/经销商的技术售后与现场使用问题。

2. Technical Training for Channel & After-Sales Teams / 渠道与售后团队技术培训 Conduct regular technical training on product features, operation, app connectivity, common fault diagnostics, and maintenance for distributors, dealers, and after-sales service centers across Japan, South Korea, and Thailand to establish local service standards. Coordinate with HQ on distributor KPI evaluations.

针对日韩泰三地的代理商、经销商及售后服务网点，定期开展产品功能、操作使用、APP 连接、常见故障诊断与维修保养的技术培训，建立当地服务规范。配合总部对代理商的 KPI 考核。

3. Scenario Validation & On-Site Testing / 场景验证与测试落地 Perform on-site mapping validation and product adaptability testing tailored to unique lawn environments in Japan, South Korea, and Thailand (e.g., narrow lawns, complex terrain, steep slopes).

针对日本、韩国及泰国特有的庭院环境（如狭长草坪、复杂地形、多坡度等场景），配合进行现场建图验证与产品适配性测试。

4. Information Collection & Data Feedback / 信息收集与数据反馈 Collect field machine operation logs, environmental anomaly data, and hardware/software fault info. Seamlessly interface with HQ FAE/R&D teams to ensure issue closure and drive product iterations.

收集一线机器运行日志（Log）、环境异常数据及软硬件故障信息，与总部 FAE / 研发团队无障碍对接，跟进问题闭环并驱动产品迭代。

5. Technical Support for Sales & Trade Shows / 技术护航与市场展会支持 Collaborate with local sales and DIY channel teams to provide technical demonstrations, new product trial promotions, and technical support at offline trade shows and exhibitions.

配合当地销售与 DIY 渠道团队进行前期技术演示、新品试用推广及线下展会的技术保障。

职位要求 ：

1. Educational Background / 专业背景

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. 电子工程、自动化、机电一体化、机器人工程、通信工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. Experience Requirements / 经验要求

• 1+ years of experience in FAE, technical support, or on-site after-sales service.
• Experience in robotic lawn mowers, smart home appliances/service robots, outdoor smart hardware, or DIY power tools is preferred.
• 1 年以上 FAE、技术支持或现场售后服务经验；有割草机器人、智能家电/服务型机器人、户外智能硬件或 DIY 动力工具行业经验者优先。

3. Professional Skills / 专业技能要求

• Hardware & Hands-On Skills: Familiar with electromechanical structures and circuit fundamentals; hands-on capability in circuit board testing, wiring troubleshooting, and component assembly/disassembly/replacement.

硬件与动手能力: 熟悉机电结构与电路基础，具备电路板检测、线束排查及零部件拆装/更换的实际动手能力。

• Software & App Debugging: Proficient in using debugging tools and end-user apps; able to guide customers and distributors through system connection, OTA firmware updates, and parameter tuning.

软件/APP 调试与操作: 熟练掌握相关产品调试工具与用户端 APP，能指导客户与代理商完成系统连接、固件升级（OTA）及参数调优。

• Troubleshooting & Log Collection: Logical troubleshooting mindset; capable of guiding on-site system log retrieval and compiling standardized fault reports for HQ.
• 故障定位与日志收集: 具备清晰的故障排查思路，能够指导现场抓取系统日志（Log）并整理规范的故障报告提交给总部。

4. Language Proficiency / 语言能力

• Japanese: Business fluent or native (ability to communicate seamlessly with local clients and partners). 日语: 商务流利及以上（能够无障碍与日韩泰当地客户及合作伙伴沟通）。
• English/Chinese: Business fluent; ability to communicate seamlessly with HQ R&D and FAE teams. 英语或中文: 商务流利，能够无障碍与总部（Headquarters）研发及 FAE 团队对接沟通。
• Bonus: Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus. / 能够用韩语进行交流为加分项。

5. Soft Skills & Travel / 综合素质与出差

• Excellent on-site communication skills, independent problem-solving ability, and a strong service mindset. Ability to undertake short-term international travel within Japan, South Korea, and Thailand.
• 具备优秀的现场沟通能力、独立解决问题能力及很强的服务意识；能够适应日韩泰区域内的短期跨国出差。
