ROLE OVERVIEW

VIDOUKIN is looking for Quality Engineers to support international manufacturing and technology projects across Germany, Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. Opportunities covering different sectors: automotive, electronics, battery, industrial equipment, MedTech, life sciences and consumer goods.

As the technical link between customers and internal sales, product and engineering teams, you will translate operating needs into workable solutions. You will support the application cycle from requirement analysis and solution selection to testing, integration, validation and technical follow-up. The focus is application engineering and solution integration rather than routine maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Understand customer applications, operating conditions, technical constraints and performance targets.

•  Select, configure or adapt products and solutions to meet technical and commercial requirements.

•  Prepare feasibility studies, application calculations, technical proposals and solution architectures.

•  Plan and perform demonstrations, laboratory tests, trials, prototypes and proof-of-concept activities.

•  Provide technical pre-sales support through customer meetings, presentations and product selection.

•  Support on-site integration, parameter setting, commissioning, validation and application troubleshooting.

•  Analyze complex technical issues, define clear problem statements and coordinate resolution with experts or R&D.

•  Train customers, partners and internal teams and prepare application notes or technical guidance.

•  Report field feedback, recurring issues and new application needs to product management and engineering.

•  Maintain technical ownership from the first customer discussion through a validated and documented application.

WHAT YOU BRING

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

•  Relevant experience in field applications, application engineering, sales engineering, technical support, systems integration or commissioning.

•  Hands-on knowledge of at least one industrial technology and the ability to learn adjacent products quickly.

•  Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to turn customer symptoms into structured technical investigations.

•  Clear customer communication, practical commercial awareness and confidence presenting technical solutions.

•  Ability to work independently in the field while coordinating effectively with sales, product and engineering teams.

•  Fluent English is required. German or a Central or Eastern European language is a strong advantage; Chinese is an additional advantage for international projects.

•  Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
