Field Application Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute demand creation activities for assigned semiconductor product lines to drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Identify, develop, and manage Design-In, Design Win, and New Business Opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
• Provide technical support, application guidance, and product recommendations throughout the customer design cycle.
• Support customers in troubleshooting, debugging, and failure analysis to ensure successful product implementation and adoption.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) in a semiconductor distributor or R&D environment is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microcontrollers, Power Management, and/or Analog circuit design.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor distribution, research, or product development, particularly in Microcontroller and/or Power Design, will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice as required.
