工作說明：

1.Business development : Co-work with Sales account manager for business development, being responsible for technical promotion. Equipped with strong technical background and wide coverage of technical knowledge (Design enablement, process, IP, reliability) and thus being able to find answers from UMC process DSM documents or UMC technology promotion files.

2.Customer-Facing Requirements

3.Build strong relationships with customers and understand their product and business objectives, manage expectations and escalations timely.

4.Ability to drive technical discussion during technology selections, identifying and driving solutions to support customer requirements and roadmap

5.Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, design teams, and internal engineering groups.

6.Able to conduct technical presentations independently, drive and support workshops, design reviews, and training sessions together with cross functional teams.

7.Problem-Solving and Project Skills

8.Highly adaptable with ability to work in a fast paced environment.

9.Strong project management skillset, including managing multiple customer projects simultaneously , including milestones, risk and priorities.

10.Ability to manage customer complex requirements, identify and drive solutions to support customer's time to market.

11.Project management: Co-work with CE and internal technical teams to pass key technology and product qualification. Well control of project schedule and link technical milestones with business projection.

其他條件：

1.Bachelor or Master degree in EE.

2.>10 years of experience in Semiconductor field, either in chip design, process technology, applications engineering, product engineering, or foundry support.

3.Knowledge of the European customer landscape and/or market segment , such as Automotive, AI, Communications , would be highly advantageous.

4.Communication and Business Requirements.

5.Strong communication skills with ability to engage at Engineering and Management levels, both technical and non-technical audiences

6.Fluency in both spoken and written English. Other language proficiencies to support customer or manufacturing base would be highly advantageous.

7.Ability to define customer engagement strategy together with the Account manager to support account growth.

8.Strong team player with ability to work seamless with international cross functional teams.

9.Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, conferences, and manufacturing locations.
