Field Application Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to support our LED lighting business by providing technical expertise and application support to customers. This role focuses on understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable product solutions, and serving as a key technical resource between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and product support to B2B customers
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions
• Answer customer inquiries related to product specifications, performance, and applications
• Support product selection and customization based on customer requirements
• Prepare technical documents, specifications, and solution proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, etc.) to ensure customer requirements are met

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Experience Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in lighting, electrical products, or related industries. Experience in technical support, inside sales engineer, or application engineering preferred
• Skills: Basic understanding of LED lighting products and components (fixtures, drivers, etc.). Ability to interpret product specifications and technical documents. Strong communication skills (able to explain technical details clearly to customers)
• Compliance: Must provide valid ID, meet legal work requirements, and maintain a clean work record.
• Other Requirements: Minimal travel required (primarily office-based role)
• Language: English (required) and Mandarin(Preferred)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, fixed working hours (schedule confirmed during interview)
• No regular weekend overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
