【Job Summary】

The FAE will provide technical support to U.S. customers, assisting with product integration, troubleshooting, and implementation. This role requires strong technical knowledge of FPCB technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Provide hands-on technical support for product integration, configuration, and
• troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs, both current and
• future.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Manage and coordinate technical projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the internal technical team.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships.

【Qualifications】

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Chemical Science, Materials Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board) materials, including FCCL, Cover Films, and Bonding Sheets.
• Proficiency in FPCB-related technologies: FCCL materials, FPCB DFM (Design for
• Manufacturability), NPI (New Product Introduction), manufacturing, testing, and
• debugging.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and protocols.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex
• technical concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
