What they need
Lead BESS deployment, integration & site commissioning for large-scale energy projects. Verify DC/AC interfaces, Modbus/CAN/Ethernet networks & BMS/EMS/PCS systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues, prepare SAT records & handover docs, train operators.
Required Candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years industrial experience. Exposure to battery/BESS, power electronics, renewable energy, or automotive domains preferred.
