Job Overview Assists with pre-development work and provides technical and administrative support to the field service staff and customers for products.

Job Requirements

• Compiling and maintaining documentation of customer problems, questions, and requests.
• Assisting in documenting the commonly asked questions regarding technical support and presentations for a particular line of products.
• Documenting the bugs and issues, troubleshooting for the same, and assisting in the field testing the new products with various scenarios.
• Assisting in conducting engineering customer events and conferences and scheduling technical training.

What Your Background Should Look Like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
