Field Application Executive – Life Science Research Products

**Location:** Hyderabad / Bangalore

**Experience:** 1–3 Years

**Qualification:** M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or a related field

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Application Executive to join our client's team in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The role is primarily field-based and involves regular interaction with researchers, scientists, and other customers.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing product and application support, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting customer relationship development and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer visits within the assigned territory to understand customer requirements, provide technical support, introduce relevant products, and strengthen customer relationships.

• Visit academic institutions, research laboratories, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, and other relevant organizations to conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and basic application support during customer meetings.

• Understand customers' research requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions while assisting with product selection, application-related queries, and basic troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with internal teams and global suppliers/principals whenever additional technical support is required.

• Follow up with customers after visits, demonstrations, and technical discussions to ensure timely resolution of queries and requirements, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

• Gather customer feedback and share relevant information regarding product requirements, applications, market trends, and competitor activities with the Sales and Management teams.

• Stay updated on relevant life science research techniques, applications, and products.

• Take ownership of assigned customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
