Customer facing role; Pre- and Post-sales scientific support for cell culture

Our client is a market leader of cell counting and analysis instrumentation, widely used from early discovery to advanced therapies and bioprocessing. This is a small but fast-growing company, with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. They are expanding their commercial support team, seeking engaging PhD scientists with expertise in cell culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in evaluating technology through product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Provide customer training and troubleshooting with cell analysis workflows
• Assist sales team with conference and tradeshows
• Up to 50% overnight travel

Qualifications

• PhD in Cell Biology, Immunology or related field
• Industry experience in pharmabio R&D; prior FAS, tech support or other customer facing experience a plus
• Hands on cell culture experience required; flow cytometry experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Customer focused; enjoy engaging with, training and assisting scientists to achieve better results
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and team player personality
