Field Application Scientist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and conduct product demonstrations.
• Conduct pre-sales technical presentations and seminars.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product portfolio.
• Install instruments and provide training to new users.
• Develop and nurture strategic collaborations to regularly deliver scientific content for marketing initiatives.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback related to product development, software, and other requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree with a minimum of 2 years of research/laboratory experience, preferably in the Genomics field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, sequencing, and NGS will be preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
