Field Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical training and support

• Actively participate in pre and post sales (Technical presentation, product evaluation, end user training)

• Attend to internal and external customer inquiries and concern

• Timely and efficient response for product concerns

• Work closely with sales and marketing team to strengthen customer relationship and develop/retain the business

• Assist sales in marketing products under healthcare portfolio

• Work closely with principal in addressing customer concern

• Ensure expertise of product line being handle

• Do efficiently product evaluation

• Building and maintaining relationship with principal, customers and internal stake holders

• Ensure compliance is being implemented within the day-to-day operation of the unit

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or the equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in product management and marketing in the medical industry preferred
• Good presentation, communication and follow up skills
• Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus;
• Strong understanding of the market and should be autonomous
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment
