Field Application Specialist/Scientist

Key responsibilities

1.Responsible for technical support: pre-sales and after-sales support, e.g. provide the technical training to local customers and help customer to validate reagent kit (experiment and data analysis) and do troubleshooting both remotely and on site, etc.

2. Assist collection of product information and customer feedback, thus to support the development and upgrading of products and the promotion of local markets.

3. Collaborate with regional team for sales target, involve in customer meetings, academic conferences, and other promotion activities.

4. Other duties assigned by supervisor or required from the team, for example, technical documents preparation and market research.

About you

1. Master degree or above in genetics, molecular biology, reproductive medicine or related field.
2. Hands-on experience in NGS or related testing techniques is preferred. Familiar with popular sequencing platforms and their troubleshooting is a plus.
3. Working experience in lab, technical support, product or marketing in Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT) industry is preferred.
4. Proficient in Thai and English. Skilled in more languages would be an advantage especially Chinese. Local citizen is preferred.
5. Medical technologist with license is preferred.
6. Great presentation and communication skills.
7. Good document writing ability, able to contribute to SOP updating, documents translation to local language, proposals for business/research collaboration projects etc.
8. Able to travel in Thailand and occasionally countries or regions around Tailand.
