QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• PRC Licensure is an advantage but is not required
• Must have a strong desire to pursue a career in construction
• Work Experience is preferred but not a requirement
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work individually and with a team
• Should be result-oriented, systematic and organized
