About the role:
The Works Petitioning is hiring Field Associates for a door-to-door canvassing campaign in Abilene, TX. You'll be out in the field talking to voters/residents, collecting information, and hitting daily production goals. No experience required — we train you.

What you'll do:

• Canvass an assigned area door-to-door each day
• Meet a minimum of 100 doors per day
• Accurately log doors knocked, hours worked, and surveys collected
• Follow campaign scripts and guidelines exactly
• Report your numbers daily through our crew app

What we're looking for:

• Reliable transportation to and from your assigned turf each day
• Comfortable talking to strangers, door to door, outdoors, in all weather
• A phone that can run our crew app
• Self-motivated — you're tracked on your own numbers

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
