What they need
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct morning muster in collaboration with Field Supervisor to delegate tasks to the workers
- Assist Field Supervisor in planning and preparing monthly work proposal I.e. Harvesting, manuring and weeding
- Monitor team members closely on their function and responsibilities to make sure their task are completed according to the MSPO standard
- Daily reporting of work progress to Field Supervisor
- Other adhoc tasks assigned/delegated by the management/immediate superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Have experience in working as Mandore or Field Assistant
- Able to write in Malay and English
- Willing to work under minimize supervision
- Good in daily report and supervision is an added advantage
