Field Audit Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any 4-year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and objectivity.
• Demonstrates professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Willing to travel nationwide for assignments; ability to drive a 2-wheeled vehicle is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare travel itineraries and budget requests for audit fieldwork.
• Review outstanding customer balances and prepare confirmation letters and supporting documents.
• Visit customers to verify balances, payments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare travel expense liquidation and audit reports with complete documentation.
• Conduct physical inventory counts in warehouses twice a year or as needed.
• Perform other audit-related tasks as assigned by management.
