Field Audit Supervisor

About the role

This role involves accurate encoding of assigned store count sheets, generating store variances, and ensuring timely reconciliation of audited data across multiple retail and ecommerce locations for Happy Skin.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate encoding of assigned store count sheets for Happy Skin
• Generating store variances and ensuring timely reconciliation of audited data (at least every 2 months per platform)
• Accurate auditing of inventory levels within multiple retail and ecommerce locations
• Communicating with retail and ecommerce employees, operations and management to ensure proper recording of all transactions
• Monitoring and controlling discrepancies by implementing Inventory management procedures
• Analyzing data using problem solving skills to determine that activities and transactions within stores are adhering to company policies
• Preparing detailed reports based on specific findings that communicate actionable results to Management
• Monitoring and measuring process performance in Sales, Loss Prevention, Physical Security, Safety and Inventory Management
• Evaluating third parties' performance based on company standards related to Inventory Management, selling procedures and store/company compliance policies
• Reporting suspected fraudulent activities

About you

• College graduate of any business course
• At least 1-2 years' relative work experience
• Resilient, hardworking and honest
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
