Field Auditor and Collector

About the role

You will verify financial records, ensure data accuracy, and manage collections. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations by conducting on-site audits and following up on accounts with professionalism and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field audits to verify records, inventory, and operational compliance
• Manage and follow up on accounts to ensure timely collections
• Prepare detailed audit reports and financial summaries using MS Excel
• Travel between assigned locations to perform duties
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Maintain accurate records of all field activities and collection efforts

About you

• Graduate of any Business-related course
• Background in Audit and Accounting is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid Driver's License
• Must be available to work in Mandaue City
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently in the field
