Field Auditor

Responsible for conducting operational, finance, and compliance audits across assigned stores and departments. Ensures adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards by performing field audits, Petty Cash Fund (PCF) verification, inventory audits, compliance inspections, and corrective action validation. Prepares accurate audit reports with complete supporting evidence and promptly escalates critical findings to Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct operational, finance, and compliance audits according to the approved audit schedule.
• Document audit findings with complete photos, supporting evidence, and audit notes.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, finance procedures, and brand standards.
• Submit complete audit reports within the required turnaround time.
• Perform Petty Cash Fund (PCF) verification, reconciliation, liquidation review, and clearance.
• Conduct mid-month and month-end inventory audits and validate inventory variances.
• Verify implementation of corrective actions and supporting evidence.
• Escalate critical audit findings to Management within the required timeframe.
• Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain professional coordination with stores and departments during audit activities.
• Protect the confidentiality of audit information and company records.
• Perform other audit-related duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Internal Audit, or any related course.
• At least one (1) year of experience in audit, finance, accounting, or retail operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of operational audits, inventory control, PCF auditing, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel and conduct field audits using own motorcycle.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
