Bizknowmics is a fundraising and campaign management company supporting NGOs through public awareness initiatives, face-to-face fundraising, donor engagement and community outreach activities.

We are expanding our Chennai operations and looking for enthusiastic Field Campaign Coordinators who enjoy interacting with people and contributing to meaningful social initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in and coordinate field campaigns, roadshows and community outreach activities across Chennai.
• Represent NGO awareness and fundraising initiatives professionally.
• Engage with members of the public and communicate campaign objectives clearly.
• Support donor engagement and face-to-face fundraising activities.
• Coordinate daily field activities with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain basic campaign records and submit activity updates.
• Follow professional conduct, ethical fundraising practices and organizational guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence interacting with people in public settings.
• Willingness to travel locally within Chennai.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary determined based on interview performance, merit and company policy.

• Conveyance allowance as per company policy.
• Training and practical exposure to field campaign management, communication and fundraising.

Working Schedule

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, including Saturdays.

This is an on-the-road, field-based position, not a desk-based event planning role.
