RoofServ is growing in North Carolina, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our Raleigh
canvassing team.

Whether you're looking for a side gig, a second source of income, or a path into a career in sales, we'd like to
talk.

No roofing experience? That's fine. We'll teach you what you need to know.

Your job is simple: start conversations, meet homeowners, and help our sales team find new roofing
opportunities.

• Visit residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to RoofServ.
• Speak with homeowners about roofing concerns, storm damage, and free roof inspections.
• Schedule appointments for our experienced roofing sales representatives.
• Track your conversations, leads, and appointments using our CRM.
• Work with our office and sales team to focus your time on neighborhoods with strong opportunities.

You don't need to climb roofs, write estimates, or close contracts. Our sales professionals handle the technical
side and work directly with homeowners.

We Don't Send You Out Blind - One thing that makes this opportunity different is the support you'll receive.

Targeted Neighborhoods: Our office uses homeowner databases, storm information, and local market
research to help identify areas worth canvassing. You're not just knocking on random doors.

CRM & Sales Tools: You'll have access to tools that help you organize leads, track appointments, and stay
connected with our team.

Training & Support: We'll show you how to approach homeowners, start conversations, and identify
opportunities. You'll have an experienced sales team behind you.

Flexible Opportunities: We're considering both part-time and full-time candidates. Scheduling and availability
will be discussed individually.

Room to Grow: Interested in developing your sales skills?
Strong performers may have opportunities to advance into residential roofing sales.

How You Get Paid
Earn $250 for each signed roofing contract that comes from a lead you generate.

You focus on finding opportunities and setting appointments. Our roofing sales team handles inspections,
estimates, and closing contracts.

Your earning potential depends on the opportunities you generate and the contracts that result.

• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable walking residential neighborhoods and working outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team.

Previous door-to-door sales, canvassing, customer service, or roofing experience is helpful, but not required.
