Field Care Supervisor

If you are a reliable, organised and caring Field Care Supervisor we would love to hear from you. You will play an integral part in coordinating the daily communications between the care team and the office team. You will be adaptable, able to relay critical information quickly and efficiently across teams and with senior leadership and be confident and assured in your ability to deliver and supervise the delivery of high-quality care.

What you will be doing:

· Hours 9am-5pm with one shift per week 7am-3pm

Provide day-to-day support and mentoring to Care Assistants, ensuring high performance.

· Create, update, and review tailored care plans and risk assessments for Clients.

· Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, and internal policies, aiming for at least a "Good" CIW/ rating.

· Monitor and assess clients regularly for satisfaction and quality of care.

· Deliver care calls in emergencies or gaps in the rota and manage on-call telephone support one in four weekend.

· Facilitate introductions between Clients and new Care Assistants; monitor, supervise, and mentor staff.

What you will need:

· Minimum of two years ‘experience of working within homecare

• Must have driving licence, own car and class 1 business insurance
• Right to work full-time in the UK
• Proficient in IT skills.
• Experience in customer facing roles
