Field Care Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support care staff to deliver exceptional senior care and support within community settings
• Oversee the implementation and review of individual care plans to meet each client’s unique needs
• Conduct regular team supervision, training sessions, and performance evaluations to promote professional growth
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and quality standards
• Coordinate schedules, manage staffing levels, and allocate resources efficiently to meet client demands
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring service quality, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience within senior or domiciliary care environments, preferably in a care home setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of caregivers
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for travel between client locations
• Knowledge of care plans, safeguarding procedures, and relevant health & safety legislation
• Proficiency in IT systems used for documentation, scheduling, and reporting purposes
• Experience in supervising staff responsible for delivering personal care within regulated environments

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,200.00 per year
