Field Closer Intern

About This Role You are the front line of the Pawanax Sales Machine. Working in pairs, you book 15-minute slots with clinic owners, visit a zone, run a live demo of Pawanax Clinical / WhatsApp Medical on synthetic data, and leave a 3-leak revenue audit the owner keeps whether they buy or not. You close on M-Pesa, log every visit, and hand warm pilots to Customer Success. Target: 15 owner meetings and 3 paid closes per pair per week.

What You'll Do

• Phone-book owner meetings before every zone visit — never pitch the receptionist
• Run the 7-minute demo on synthetic data only, never real patient screens
• Deliver the 3-leak audit PDF and close Medical, Pro, or a Founding Pilot
• Log every visit, meeting and close in the Sales Machine CRM within 24 hours
• Debrief daily with your pair and refine the script

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching strangers in English and Kiswahili
• Owns a smartphone with WhatsApp and M-Pesa
• Available 4 field days a week in Nairobi
• Coachable, resilient, and honest — no pressure selling

Nice to Have

• Prior sales, canvassing, or med-rep experience
• Health-sciences background
• Own transport or knowledge of Nairobi clinic zones
