Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to handle solar sales operations district-wise. Each selected candidate will be responsible for developing business and converting leads within the assigned district. Leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on company-provided leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
• Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the concerned team.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned district.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales; solar/renewable energy experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
