- Conduct installment collection from customers according to assigned data and territories (Jabodetabek areas)
- Perform direct customer visits (field visits)
- Achieve company-set collection targets
- Prepare daily/weekly collection reports
- Maintain good communication with customers to preserve professional working relationships
- Perform other tasks related to field collection activities
About you
- Valid ID card (KTP)
- Minimum education: SMA/equivalent
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in leasing/financing/field collection
- Accustomed to working with targets
- Own personal motorcycle and active Class C driving license
- Good understanding of Jabodetabek region routes
- Honest, persistent, disciplined, mentally tough, and firm
- Able to work independently and in a team
