Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to borrowers for loan repayment follow-ups.
• Educate customers on repayment obligations and resolve queries.
• Negotiate repayment plans and assist in restructuring when necessary.
• Collect overdue payments and issue receipts as per company policy.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and customer interactions.
• Identify potential default risks and escalate cases to management.
• Coordinate with branch staff and legal team for recovery actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards during collections.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
