Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, conducting PD (Personal Discussion) for customer assessment, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional approach. B2B

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers/clients to collect outstanding payments as per assigned cases
• Conduct PD (Personal Discussion/Profile Discussion) with customers for verification and assessment
• Follow up with customers for due payments through field visits and calls
• Maintain accurate records of collections, PD reports, and receipts
• Update daily activity and collection reports to the reporting manager
• Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct PD and assess customer profiles
• Ability to handle field work and travel locally
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Honest and disciplined approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
