Field Collection Manager/ Assistant Manager Collection

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of collectors to achieve daily/weekly targets for debt recovery from delinquent customers.
• Conduct regular visits to customer premises to recover outstanding amounts and resolve issues related to loan collections.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving collection efficiency, reducing delinquencies, and increasing recoveries.
• Analyze data reports on bucket flow, NPAs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in business loan, debt collection, or loan recovery operations.
• Strong knowledge of bucket flow management, debt recovery techniques, and laws governing lending activities.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in managing teams responsible for delinquency management.
