Field Collection Staff

About the role

Field Collection Staff responsible for conducting field collection activities, following up customer accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments and related documents within the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and delivery/countering of Statements of Account (SOA)
• Collect and properly document customer payments and supporting billing documents
• Monitor overdue accounts and assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) Team with collection activities
• Provide regular updates on customer visits, payment status, and collection activities
• Safely maintain and account for company documents, SOAs, Official Receipts, and collected payments
• Prepare and submit collection accomplishment reports
• Coordinate with the AR Team and Sales Personnel regarding collection schedules and field activities
• Provide operational support to Company-Owned Stores when there are no scheduled collection activities

About you

• Open for college level, college graduate is an advantage
• Experience in field collection, accounts receivable, sales, or related field is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Willing to travel extensively within Cebu
• Willing to render overtime when required
• Willing to work in a field-based environment
• Willing to commute
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
