Field Collector

• Conduct house-to-house and/or office visits to borrowers with delinquent, overdue, or previously non-contacted accounts within assigned areas.
• Properly always identify oneself by presenting a valid company ID prior to any engagement with the borrower or third party.
• Clearly explain the borrower’s account status, negotiate payment, secure Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments, and discuss available settlement or payment options in accordance with Bank policy.
• Accurately document all field visit activities in the system, including date, time, location, remarks, and correct disposition (e.g., Contacted, Refused, Moved Out, Address Not Found, New Data Obtained).
• Verify the borrower’s residence or workplace based on system-generated information, referrals, or validated field leads.
• Conduct skip tracing activities within nearby areas when the borrower is not located at the given address.
• Gather updated contact information (phone number, new address, workplace) from relatives, neighbors, or reference persons in a compliant and non-disclosing manner, without revealing loan details.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times and ensure adherence to the Bank’s ethical standards, data privacy rules, and fair collection practices.
• Ensure timely submission of daily field reports and activity logs to Team Leaders or assigned Supervisors.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities

Qualification:

• Preferably with experience in early and backeend collections.

• Owns a motorcycle

• Has a valid Driver's License

• Owns a smartphone

• Willing to attend onsite training for 3-5 days in BGC, Taguig City (for Metro Manila candidates)
