Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, field collections, billing, credit and collection operations, or similar roles involving customer account management
• Familiar with handling Statements of Account (SOA), Official Receipts (ORs), collection logs, and other payment-related documents
• Knowledgeable in conducting collection follow-ups, monitoring outstanding accounts, and processing collection records
• Capable of coordinating with the Finance Department, Accounts Receivable Team, Sales Personnel, and branch employees to ensure timely collection activities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills when dealing with customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and email communication
• Comfortable using mobile devices, messaging applications, and digital tools for reporting and operational coordination
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills
• Honest, reliable, and able to protect company funds, confidential information, and collection documents
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with the ability to drive a motorcycle
• Company-issued motorcycle will be provided for official business use
• Willing to travel extensively within the Zamboanga Region for scheduled customer visits and collection assignments
• Able to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines and collection schedules
• Can Start ASAP / Available for Immediate Deployment

Job Description

• Perform scheduled customer visits within the assigned territory to collect outstanding payments and monitor account status
• Deliver Statements of Account (SOAs), billing notices, and related documents while securing customer acknowledgment upon receipt
• Receive payments from customers and ensure complete documentation before endorsing collections to the Finance & Accounting Department
• Maintain accountability for collected funds, Official Receipts (ORs), SOAs, and all company-issued collection documents during field assignments
• Coordinate closely with the Accounts Receivable Team by providing timely updates on customer visits, payment collections, overdue accounts, and collection progress
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports together with complete supporting documents
• Conduct follow-up visits for past-due accounts based on approved collection plans and schedules
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Team, branch personnel, and other departments to support efficient collection operations
• Act as the company's authorized field representative for the delivery, receipt, and processing of collection-related documents
• Provide operational assistance to company branches within the assigned area whenever field collection schedules permit
• Carry out other field collection, administrative, and coordination responsibilities assigned by management to support overall business operations

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month
