Field Controller Manager

Job Description :

1. Ability to develop and implement monitoring systems that ensure compliance and integrity across operations
2. Strong knowledge and skill in identifying, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent or unethical practices
3. Capable of overseeing regional compliance activities and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations
4. Proficient in analyzing operational patterns, identifying irregularities, and developing preventive measures
5. Effective in coordinating with Head Office and regional teams to drive accountability and transparency
6. Provides leadership, guidance, and development for specialists and staff to achieve compliance objectives
7. In-depth understanding of operational processes, compliance frameworks, and audit principles in sales and distribution
8. Comprehensive knowledge of fraud risk indicators, performance tracking and resource allocation
9. Understanding of organizational management, performance tracking, and resource allocation

   Requirements :

   1. Min 5 years experience with at least as 3 years in managerial level in data analyst/data engineer and/or having certification on relevant field
   2. Preferably in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields
   3. Experiencing managing regional compliance risk prevention teams
   4. Background in FMCG Sales & Marketing Field or corporate governance preferred
   5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VBA, Power Query), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
   6. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with both field and head office teams
   7. Ability to identify root causes and develop practical, data-driven solutions
   8. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently
   9. English skill (profiency - Advanced)
