Job Role

We are looking for a Field Coordinator who can visit properties available for sale or rent, capture photos and videos, collect basic property information, and coordinate with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties in assigned areas.
• Take clear photos and videos of properties available for sale or rent.
• Capture important property areas such as rooms, interiors, exteriors, parking, entrance, frontage, and amenities.
• Collect basic property details from owners or property contacts.
• Share photos, videos, location, and property details with the Zorba Estates team.
• Coordinate with property owners regarding property access and visit timings.
• Update the team after completing each property visit.
• Manage assigned field visits and complete them within the required timeline.

Requirements

• 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
• Should have a smartphone with a good camera.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an added advantage.
