Field Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic, community-connected Field Coordinator to represent our senior companionship and activities brand locally. This role is built for self-starters who want a clear path from performance-based rewards into stable, ongoing hourly management.

How the Compensation Works:

• Phase 1 (Client Acquisition - Performance): You introduce families to our specialized senior activity and companionship programs and help secure new clients. You earn a direct performance bonus ($150–$300+) the moment a client you bring in enrolls and starts service.
• Phase 2 (Long-Term Hourly Support): Once your referred client successfully completes their first 30 days of service, your role transitions to managing their local check-ins, routine audits, and ongoing relationship. At that point, you shift to a steady hourly rate ($20.00 – $26.00 / hour) for all active, scheduled support and coordination hours.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct local outreach and build referral pipelines with community partners and senior-focused networks.
• Meet with prospective families locally to introduce our engagement and activity packages.
• Submit client details and intake information securely to our corporate headquarters for final review and approval.
• Perform scheduled quality check-ins once clients are onboarded.

Note: All formal client onboarding, final care planning, and administrative approvals are handled centrally by our corporate headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Strong local community ties and background in customer service, healthcare support, sales, or senior care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel within your territory.
• Must have a reliable home setup, including a personal computer, printer, and high-speed internet access to manage daily intake communication and documents.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
